International Sourcing Manager
The International Sourcing Manager is responsible for all aspects of the Sourcing department. End-users rely on our expertise and guidance for product suggestions, customizations, and maintaining their budgetary requirements.  The team consists of employees adept at liaising with our sales team, idea creation, customization, logistics and compliance. The International Sourcing Manager will oversee all overseas sourcing.
The ideal candidate would develop a broad skill set including team building, talent acquisition, process improvement, logistics expertise, and compliance.  The ability to grow within the company in terms of responsibility and compensation is limited only by the candidate’s drive for success.
Education Requirements:

- High School Diploma or GED Required

- Associates Degree required with a Bachelor’s Degree Preferred

- Minimum of 5 years management experience required

- Previous supply chain management required

- Previous promotional products industry sales/marketing/purchasing experience preferred
Skill Requirements:      

- Successful managerial experience with staff, work flow & problem solving

- Analytical thought process

- Excellent customer experience management

- Driven to develop customer relationships, vendor relationships and team member capabilities
Mental Requirements:            

- Frequently required to think analytically, conduct written & verbal communication, concentrate on detail, make decisions, determine size & color of products/prints and manage staff members

- Oversees sourcing department by communicating job expectations, productivity standards, processes & procedures, planning work flow, evaluating performance results, coaching, counseling, disciplinary action, time and attendance and contributing to a team effort.
- Establishes action plans for the department identifying & evaluating options for a course of action & expected outcomes
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge of business by researching & attending educational and training opportunities as necessary.
- Sets the standard & guidelines for customer service expectations by enforcing quality & satisfaction & analyzing any problems for resolutions and process improvement opportunities
- Establish and retain relationships with customers & business partners by providing support, guidance and collaborating with them to reach the desired results

- Continued drive and motivation to accomplish more showing growth as an individual and inspiring the same with the department staff
- Develops an annual business plan for the department including sales goals and methods for achieving

- Reviews each opportunity to determine viability and assign to best suited Custom Sourcing team member
- Collaborate in daily meetings to discuss challenges and solutions to difficult projects
- Daily operations requirements including time and attendance, reviewing employee performance metrics, etc.
