Account Representative

Position Responsibilities    

- Partner with Account Managers to grow and retain existing customer base

- Prepare sales presentations and quotes

- Order management – Seeing the order through production to client delivery 

- Sourcing, procurement and price negotiations with Promotional and wearables suppliers

- Work with Customer success/marketing on customer related projects

- Assist in Trade show/Event execution

- Inventory management

- Customer service

- Other duties as assigned    


- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred

- Previous experience in a B2B environment, promotional products or related experience preferred

- Must have excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects

- Proficient with MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

- Able and will to work well with deadlines, last minute rush requests, as well as work on multiple projects simultaneously

- Possess and project a positive, professional attitude. Be a team player; must be flexible and have the initiative to work overtime when necessary to complete a project

- Able and willing to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, co-workers, supervisors and management

- Self-driven, motivated, and results oriented
