Account Manager

Account Manager that will work as a full-time employee for a growing distributorship. You will get a chance to learn new skills as well as demonstrate skills you've learned in the past. You will be responsible for closely following the instructions and processes outlined by our clients.

The daily tasks will vary so it will be necessary to be very flexible in this position. Other necessary characteristics of the job include having a strong attention to detail, ability to work well with co- workers, and a desire to learn new work skills.

Daily Responsibilities
  • Create proposals/quotes/opportunities
  • Locating tracking numbers for samples
  • Checking inventory
  • Getting shipping estimates
  • Order entry
  • Requesting virtuals
  • Storing files and artwork
  • Communicating with our internal team to check on order status should a client ask
  • Sending proofs to clients
  • Sending artwork to our art team to prepare proofs
  • Sending proofs to clients
  • Creating presentations as needed
  • Providing general day to day customer service to clients and vendors

Additional Job Requirements
  • Experience in customer service, marketing or direct promo sales experience ideal
  • Experience: 1-3 years of promo industry experience ideal
  • Education: College degree in communications, business development or marketing required
