Key Account Manager
On our team, you will have the opportunity to create something extraordinary. As a Key Account Manager, you are the primary relationship owner of top tier client accounts with the responsibility for retention and growth. Duties include preparing and delivering client presentations, forecasting, entering orders, and effectively communicating. Must have the ability to develop new accounts.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Define and achieve sales goals, budgets, and margin targets.
Develop lead generation and track activity
Work directly with key accounts to ensure proper service levels are maintained, and special projects are executed.
Effectively consult clients to maximize the profitability of an opportunity.
Identify new opportunities from within existing accounts.
Demonstrate the ability to work independently and manage all aspects of the client partnership.
Ability to travel and coordinate in-person meetings with key accounts.
Through understanding of marketing, sales, and negotiating techniques.
Detail-oriented, ability to multitask and prioritize tasks with strict deadlines.
Number driven person with strong interest in sales.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and the ability to learn our in-house Software.
Experience in customer service, and promotional products is a must.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
Demonstrates a professional, team first attitude towards work and co-workers.
