DIRECTOR OF SALES

We've built strong relationships with clients through strategic corporate branded merchandise. Generating approximately $10 million in annual revenue, we partner with specialized production facilities while maintaining strong profit margins and financial stability.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We're seeking a dynamic Director of Sales to join our Leadership Team and drive our ambitious growth from $10 million to $50 million in revenue over the next 7 years. This is your chance to make a transformational impact by leading our sales organization and building the team that will fuel our expansion!

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Develop comprehensive sales playbooks and strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new sales talent to support aggressive growth targets
- Establish KPIs and accountability systems using EOS that drive results
- Manage revenue optimization across all business segments
- Ensure consistent Zoho CRM usage and implementation of standardized sales processes

QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- 5+ years of sales management experience with proven team leadership and scaling experience
- 3+ years B2B sales experience in promotional products, advertising specialties, or related distribution industry
- Track record of developing sales processes and meeting revenue targets
- Experience managing both employees and independent contractors
- Demonstrated success in recruiting, hiring, and developing sales talent
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Zoho CRM preferred) and Google Suite
Preferred:
- Deep promotional products industry experience with supplier relationships
- EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) knowledge
