FULL-TIME Account Manager

The primary goal of this position is to service and grow current accounts while using a consultative approach. Responsibilities and requirements include, but not limited to:

  • Serve established accounts in industries such as Healthcare & Technology, while always looking for and developing new business.
  • Cultivate relationships and be the go-to for clients.
  • Be all-in. Treat their business like your business.
  • Stay on top of trends and always work proactively for clients. Focus on results-driven solutions.
  • Create estimates, order samples, and get orders ready to be placed.
  • Work towards individual goals while also contributing to team and organizational goals.
  • Contribute to a positive, work hard-play hard culture.

Assigned accounts for this position have booked $500K-$800K per year, in the previous 3 years.

Remote Working

This position will be remote, and you will be provided with a laptop, monitors, wireless keyboard/mouse and a docking station to use in your home.

Compensation-

This position will be paid a base salary of $65,000 plus commission.

  • 2.5% will be paid on the first $450K in sales
  • 5% will be paid on the next $150K in sales ($450K-$600K)
  • 8% will be paid on the next $150K in sales ($600K-$750K)
  • 10% will be paid on sales beyond $750K

Commission notes:

  • Commissions are paid on orders with a minimum 35% margin
  • First commission payment occurs once annual sales hit $300K
  • Commissions are based on invoices that have been paid

Estimated compensation based on sales as noted:

  • If you sell $450,000 – You will make $76,250
  • If you sell $600,000 – You will make $83,750
  • If you sell $750,000 – You will make $95,750
  • If you sell $1,000,000 – You will make $120,750

Benefits-

“BE WELL” REIMBURSEMENT

While the Company does not offer health insurance plans, we provide all full-time, regular employees who have completed the probationary period with a health reimbursement plan called the “Be Well” benefit. This benefit is a reimbursement (up to $400 per month) intended to help employees cover healthcare-related costs. Employees receive this pre-tax reimbursement in last paycheck of the month after completing the probationary period.
