Job Description: Outside Sales Representative Wholesale Apparel Manufacturer (B2B / Brand-Focused Sales) Position Overview We are seeking a driven, relationship-oriented Outside Sales Representative to expand and manage B2B accounts for our growing wholesale apparel manufacturing business. This role is responsible for developing new brand partnerships, maintaining existing accounts, and representing our brand with professionalism and expertise in the marketplace. The ideal candidate has experience selling to retail buyers, boutiques, distributors, or established brands, and understands the nuances of brand positioning, merchandising, and wholesale cycles.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect, develop, and close new B2B accounts
Manage and grow existing wholesale accounts to meet and exceed sales targets
Present seasonal collections, pricing, and product lines to buyers and decision-makers
Build strong long-term relationships with retail partners and brand stakeholders
Conduct in-person sales meetings, showroom appointments, and trade show presentations
Analyze customer needs and provide tailored product solutions
Collaborate with internal teams (production, design, logistics) to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and sales reporting
Represent the brand with professionalism, product knowledge, and strategic insight
Qualifications
3+ years of outside B2B sales experience (apparel or fashion industry preferred)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and trade shows
Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
Preferred Experience
Brand-building or brand representation experience
Experience selling private label or manufacturing services
Strong understanding of wholesale apparel sales cycles
Experience working with retail buyers, brand managers, or fashion brands
Established industry relationships are a plus
Trade show and showroom sales experience
Knowledge of fabric sourcing, production timelines, and garment manufacturing processes
